You can moderate the website and block ip addresses, block users, and send remote messages to users. The best thing about it is that you can create your own skin (the design of your website) You can design the outline of the chat using photoshop and your done. As an asp user, its difficult to find a chat that accepts your web postal usernames and forwards them onto the chat room, hence merging your chat with your existing website.
