Please do not call the Design215 office if you need support. Our sales staff will not be able to answer any technical questions, make any changes to your account, or check the status of the servers.

Free Account Support

Support for free accounts is limited. Email for free accounts will be answered as soon as possible, depending on a number of factors. Please be patient. We try our best to keep the site updated with the most current and helpful information. If the answer to your question is not listed in the FAQs, send us a suggestion and we'll consider adding it.

Important Notice
The Free Account Servers are always under a constant heavy load. Because of this, there may be short periods of time when users may be unable to access your chatroom. Please do not email support about these kinds of problems.
