What is PULPchat Adminstration?

PULPchat Administration is a web based control panel that lets you control or monitor almost every aspect of your chat room. Different pages within the control panel perform various functions:

Account
Displays information about your account and also provides a version of the javascript launch code that points directly to your PULPchat server.

Preferences
Set your time zone offset. Change the default room name. Select the login type for your chat room (no password, password optional, password required). Turn other features on or off.

Layout
Set the colors for text, sender's name, screen names, room name, and user list. Adjust the size and position of the message area, user list, scrollbars, etc. Turn "smileys", "font", "print", "rooms", and "help" buttons on or off.

Users
Register screen names with passwords and personal icons. See who is currently in your chat, and their IP address. Kick, ban, or ban the IP of a user. Assign "Moderator" status to other registered users.

Log Files
Browse and search daily log files. Compare your logs for the last 90 days. View timeline graphs of daily traffic. Review optional transcripts.
