How do I make my own buttons?

The buttons are all in GIF format and must be named and sized as follows:

Button	Filename	Dimensions
Send	send.gif	45 x 27
Emoticons	b1smiley.gif	19 x 27
Font size	b2font.gif	19 x 27
Save / Print	b3save.gif	19 x 27
Rooms	b4rooms.gif	19 x 27
Help	b5help.gif	19 x 27

Important Tip:
The standard buttons have a 4 pixel transparent border on both sides and a 4 to 6 pixel transparent border on the top and bottom. This provides a little space between the buttons and keeps them vertically aligned with the input field.
