FAQ - PULPchat Setup

I've registered and paid for my account. Now what?

Once we have recieved your payment, your account should be active within 48 hours. We'll send you an email that says, "Your PULPchat is Live!!". Once your PULPchat is active, you'll need to copy some Javascript to your pages so your visitors can enjoy your new PULPchat.

Very Important:
Make sure the spam settings on your email account will allow messages from pulpchat.com.

Add a "Skin"
The "skin" of your PULPchat is simply a background image that covers the entire window. You can design your own skin or you can let us design one for you, based on your specifications. Each new account is entitled to an hour of design services. Our graphic artists will create the perfect look to match your site. For more information about skins, see the Creating "skins" FAQ.

Private Label Accounts
Each Private Label account is set up per customer specifications. Additional time is needed to set up these accounts on a dedicated server. Once we know exactly what you want, we'll send you an estimate for the cost of your setup as well as a timetable for completion.
