If I decide to move down to a less expensive paid account, do I get a refund?

No. We can't get our money back for the bandwidth we purchased. This is why we tell people over and over to try a free account first. Don't buy more than you need.

You'll Get Credit
If you do switch to a less expensive account, the remaining number of days in your old account will be calculated and you'll be credited for this amount. For example, if you still had 6 months left on a $16/month account and you moved down to a $8/month account, your credit would pay for the next year of the cheaper account.

Exceptions
Every now and then we make exceptions. We have rules so we don't go out of business because of a few people abusing the system. Thousands of people in hundreds of free PULPchats would be quite unhappy if that happened. Explain your situation to us and we'll try to help.
