I'm having a special event. Can I get a paid account for just one day?

Yes, but there are limitations. This option is only available to existing clients who want a large number of people in their PULPchat for 12 hours or less. Since there are many other factors involved, each request is handled individually. Please go to the support page and submit your request. Be sure to provide as much information as possible including the date of the event, the hours it will run, and the maximum number of concurrent users you expect.
