Sure was. I spent many hours there. I learned a lot about what features people want
in chat rooms and about common problems that exist in them. The majority of people
using Napster at the time were teenagers ... millions of them. These kids will be
the consumers of tomorrow if they are not already. They frequently use instant
messaging and chat rooms for communication and will expect such tools to be
available for the next generation of customer service.
